First of all, it’s all happening today, Jul 13, Novak Djokovic, for the 2nd time lost the Wimbledon final to the young rising star Carlos Alcaraz and the Donald Trump rally shooting. First of all, it’s expected that Djokovic will lose to Alcaraz, if you watch multiple games so far of Alcaraz, he is at his prime and his physical strength and mental clarity are at their peak. And he’s just in his twenties, he has years of training since the age of 15. I mean he is talented and hard trained and he’s a worthwhile talent to earn the grand slams. Djokovic is obviously the greatest Tennis player of all time, I mean it’s hard to compare his prime to Nadal and Federer since they are all legends, but if you only look at the number of grand slams, it’s obviously showing that Djokovic is the one who earns the most victories. Despite that, we all know that no one can defeat time, we all grow old and lose our strength over time, that’s no different to Djokovic, I don’t think an almost 40-year-old man can have the strength against a 20-year-old young man. I still hope that Djokovic earns a few more prizes before he retires in the next few years though.

Speaking about the Donald Trump rally shooting, I rarely speak about politic-related stuff, but honestly, this assassination attempt is extremely rare in United States history. I can only know Abraham Lincoln and John F Kennedy were assassinated, but what happens to Trump is extremely rare. The key take away here is that for whatever is abnormal it usually comes with a price. J.F.K. is an abnormal person, so is Lincoln, and today, in our lifetime, is Trump. Being abnormal means being extremely different from the majority opinion. It’s easy to obtain hate if you are against the crowd. Trump is not an experienced politician either, in my opinion, Biden is a much wiser one in terms of dealing with both internal and foreign affairs. He’s definitely looking more like a superpower leader, if you look at top leaders in the world, like Putin or Xi Jinping, they are very calm and hard to predict, right? But of course, I still love Trump at heart, I have always admired him as a super businessman and his characteristics, but related to politics, my two cents are that he is definitely different from any other politician. Anyway, I wish Trump the best of health and recovery soon, he’s definitely should become the President of the USA in 2024, of course, I’m not 100% sure since he has a lot of things to deal with, like criminal cases. I have never in a lifetime seen such a strong man overcome so much hate and hardship, what a powerful figure.

Related to the article title, yes, the 1800 calories burned is my achievement On Jul 13. I had 1 hour of strength training at the gym and 2 hours Tennis rally at the court. It’s ridiculous but exciting at the same time. I surprised myself too by the fact that I eat only a single meal in a day and I assume that meal is tiny too with few grams of oats and a two meat patty, it’s like under 600 calories. My body was too active due to the caffeine consumption that I was getting from pre-workout supplements, also I put my body at its peak and limitation, I almost fainted several times when finished squatting or returning the ball during the tennis rally. But overall, I’m happy about my achievement of physical exercise, it’s definitely made me more confident and motivated me to be more active.
